Japan notified 4 substances as Deleterious Substances

Under the provision of the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act, Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare designates 4 substances as Deleterious Substances.

Proposed date of entry into force: 1 January 2019

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
