Chile seek to regulate products used in tattoos such as inks, pigments or dyes and other materials

The products used in tattoos such as inks, pigments or dyes and other materials are regulated, as indicated in the draft regulations in articles 25, 26 and 27. Likewise, the Institute of Public Health (ISP) will evaluate and resolve the acceptance and classification or rejection of the components that may be used, as well as the control, monitoring and inspection of the inks, pigments or dyes referred to in these articles.
