Russia proposes amendment of Common Sanitary and epidemiological and hygenic requirements for products (goods) subject to sanitary and epidemiological supervision (control).

The Eurasian Economic Commission proposes amendments to the Common Sanitary and epidemiological and hygenic requirements for products (goods) subject to sanitary and epidemiological supervision (control) the Common Sanitary and epidemiological and hygenic requirements for products (goods) subject to sanitary and epidemiological supervision (control) approved by Decision of the Customs Union Commission of 28 May 2010 No.299 "On the application of Sanitary Measures in the Eurasian Economic Union". It amends the Part 1 by the introduction of hygenic standard on the maximum residue level in food products of the following substances: 3 monochloropropanediol (3‑MCPD), glycidol and their esters.
