Secretariat of Animal and Plant Health and Inspection (SDA) - Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply (MAPA) proposed Rule, the proposed Normative Instruction, attached, which establishes the microbiological monitoring in pig carcasses and bovine carcasses and beef trimmings produced by slaughterhouses, registered at Department of Inspection of Products of Animal Origin (DIPOA), in order to evaluate the hygiene of the process and reduce the prevalence of pathogens.
