The proposed resolution contains: object; scope; definitions; conformation of plant quarantine and phytosanitary certification systems; plant quarantine system for import, reimportation and international transit; phytosanitary certification system for export, re-exportation and issuance of the phytosanitary certificate; phytosanitary requirements document for import - drfi; of the phytosanitary inspection request; of the documentary inspection; regarding the phytosanitary certificate; of physical inspection, interception or suspicion of pests during physical inspection; of the issuance of the technical concept; of the issuance of the phytosanitary certificate for nationalization - cfn; Reimportation application, phytosanitary inspection for reimportation; international transit request; phytosanitary inspection for international transit; premises for the storage of shipments in international transit; validity of international transit; security conditions of shipments in international transit; certification criteria for exports; application for the phytosanitary certificate; phytosanitary export inspection and issuance of the phytosanitary certificate; of applications for replacement of phytosanitary certificates (cf); of requests for re-export; phytosanitary inspection of re-export and issue of the phytosanitary certificate; plant material subject to quarantine; plant material for exhibition fairs; of post offices, customs warehouses and free zones; obligations; disposal of waste; of collaboration; official control; and penalties.
