Mexico proposed Phytosanitary Requirements for Safflower seeds originating in and coming from Japan and orchid plants, seedlings & cuttings coming from Holland

Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food proposed Phytosanitary requirements for following products:

1) Importation of Safflower Seeds (Carthamus tinctorius) originating in and coming from Japan:

Phytosanitary requirements for the importation of safflower seed (Carthamus tinctorius) originating in and coming from Japan have been established on the basis of the results of the corresponding pest risk analysis pursuant to Article 11 (1). Section I of the Decision establishing the phytosanitary requirements module for the import of regulated goods by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food in relation to the conservation of plants

Phytosanitary requirements for the importation of seedlings, seedlings and orchid cuttings (Phalaenopsis spp.) Originating in and coming from Holland have been modified on the basis of the results of a re-evaluation of the corresponding phytosanitary risks, pursuant to Article 11, Section I, of the Decision establishing the phytosanitary requirements module for the import of regulated goods by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and the food, in relation with the vegetal preservation
