Philippines proposed Guidelines on the registration of agricultural and fisheries machinery manufacturers, fabricators, assemblers, distributors, dealers, importers and exporters and their products Department of Trade and Industry – Bureau of Philippine Standards proposed Sections 20 and 24 of Republic Act No. 10601, otherwise known as the Agricultural and Fisheries Mechanization Law and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, this Guidelines on the registration of agricultural and fisheries machinery manufacturers, fabricators, assemblers, distributors, dealers, importers and exporters and their products is hereby promulgated and issued by the Bureau of Agricultural and Fisheries Engineering (BAFE) to implement the provisions of the said Act, for the guidance and information of all concerned. These Guidelines shall cover the registration of agricultural and fisheries machinery MFADDIE and their products. It shall include the issuance of permit to operate (PTO) to MFADDIE and certificate of product registration (CPR).
