Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food proposed reported that based on the provisions of Article 11, section 1 of the "Agreement establishing the phytosanitary requirements module for the importation of goods regulated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fishing and Food, in terms of plant health ", published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on February 7, 2012, this Unit determined as a result of the Pest Risk Analysis phytosanitary requirements for the importation of wheat grain (Triticum aestivum ) originating in and coming from Poland.
