Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food proposed eported that based on the provisions of Article 11, Section I of the "Agreement establishing the phytosanitary requirements module for the importation of goods regulated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fishing and Food, in terms of plant health ", published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on February 7, 2012, was determined as a result of the Pest Risk Revaluation, the modification of phytosanitary requirements, currently established for importation of orchid plants (Phalaenopsis spp.) Originating and coming from Chinese Taipei.
