Department of Innovation, Sciences and Economic Development proposed following Notice:

• CB-02, Issue 8, (Amendment) Recognition Criteria and Administrative and Operational Requirements Applicable to Certification Bodies (CBs) for the Certification of Radio Apparatus sets out the requirements applicable to the recognition of Canadian and foreign certification bodies (CBs) under the Mutual Recognition Agreements/Arrangements (MRAs) or any other equivalent agreement or arrangement.
• REC-LAB, Issue 6 (Amendment) Procedure for the Recognition of Foreign Testing Laboratories sets out the criteria and procedure for recognition by ISED of foreign testing laboratories to test to Canadian requirements for telecommunications terminal equipment, radio apparatus and broadcasting equipment standards.
