Burundi proposed NB EAS 39:2000, Hygiene in the food and drink manufacturing industry — Code of practice

Burundi Bureau of Standards and Quality Control (BBN) proposed East African Code of Practice sets out the general guidelines for the hygiene requirements in the Food and Drink Manufacturing Industry. It does not replace the legal requirements for the various sectors of the Food and Drink Industry.

This Code of Practice shall apply to all Food and Drink Manufacturing companies.
