Paraguay proposes resolution on License regime for Importers of Incandescent and Fluorescent Lamps

Ministry of Industry and Commerce Ministry of Industry and Commerce proposes resolution "By which the Registry of Manufacturers and Importers of Incandescent and Fluorescent Lamps, under the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, establishes the License Regime prior to Import and the mandatory Certification of Energy Efficiency ".

6. Description of content: The Draft Resolution establishes the registration in the Registry of Manufacturers and Importers of Lamps established in Art. 1 of this Resolution, the following requirements to be processed through the Platform of the Single Window of Export from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
