The Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality proposed technical regulation specifies requirements on safety and electromagnetic compatibility and management requirements for lighting equipment using light emitting diode (LED) technology as specified in the Appendix. 

This draft technical regulation applies to organizations and individuals (referred to as enterprises) who manufacture, import, distribute and trade lighting equipment using LED technology as specified in the Appendix of this technical regulation, competent authorities and other relevant organizations and individuals.
