Ministry of Economy / Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food proposed the Mexican Standards for the different varieties of cheeses, or groups of varieties of cheeses, may contain physicochemical provisions more specific than those contained in this Official Mexican Standard Project. In such cases, such more specific provisions will apply.
